About The Comeback Lounge
Cocktail celebration at the Comeback Lounge and exhibition of the ‘Women Who Dared’ art collection in honor of the nurses of Northwell Health. Hosted at the elegant Comeback Lounge, at the iconic Barney’s building, 660 Madison Avenue, NYC on Thursday November 18th commencing at 5:00pm - this will be a memorable evening of cocktails, music, art, and conversation with friends.
We will have the privilege of enjoying the exhibition at the Comeback Lounge of the ‘Women Who Dared’ art collection, which Sandi and Bill Nicholson assembled with care and passion over the last thirty years. The result is the largest privately owned collection of art exclusively by women artists. The collection includes over 400 pieces of art, spanning 2,500 years, from all 7 continents around the world, combining to help make this celebration a culturally important occasion.
As part of our celebration, we will also première short films specially created for the 'Women Who Dared' collection by accomplished women, including Katy Perry, Carol Burnett, Gloria Estefan, and many more. These never before seen films tell the story of the remarkable women artists featured in the collection.
